Terry "T. L." Hart

President and CEO

With 42 years of experience in the industry, former proprietor of Hart Painting Company and mid-Michigan native Terry “T.L.” Hart is perfectly positioned to lead our company to even greater success. His vision is to direct the business in a way that is meaningful in terms of his beliefs and that benefits employees, clients and our community’s environment alike.

Terry attended Rodney B. Wilson High School in St. John's, MI and then earned his associates degree from Lansing Community College. With numerous training and management seminars to his name, Terry is also a former board member and past president of the Central Michigan Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, past president of the Michigan Council Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA, Now PCA) and a former National Board Member of PDCA. Terry is also the past secretary/treasurer of the Michigan Council PDCA.

When he’s not busy overseeing T. L. Hart, Inc., Terry can be found spending time with his wife and family, reading, writing, engaging in church related activities and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
